You have found the Korean Karate School of Higher Learning. Under the guidance of 8th degree black belt Clifford Russell Setchel who began his training as a Marine under Master Chuzo Kotaka. After serving our country he began training under Master Man Bok Song in 1973. He earned the rank of black belt in 1976 and opened the Bellevue Korean Karate School where he continues to produce champions in tournaments and in life. He has recently been awarded the U.S.A. Martial Arts 'Hall of Fame' 'Hall of Heroes' award.
